We enjoyed the waterpark.
The construction and parking lot congestion was horrific! Microwaves are not in our room but on certain floors. We asked for a room on the floor with the microwave because of a sickly person in our room. NO ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE! Remote don’t work.

I was blown away by the amazing range of activities available for my 2 and 4 year olds. They absolutely loved the water slides and equipment, and the dance party and story time in the lobby was just mind-blowing. The family restaurant buffet had delicious food at a great value, and it was so convenient to have everything in one place. Compared to another resort we stayed at last year, there is no comparison, Great Wolf is on another level. We will definitely be coming back for another super family trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the arcade was a nice bonus. an awesome experience with tons of activities for kids of all ages and really yummy food.

Had a blast playing mini-golf on site, enjoyed a Starbucks coffee on site, and loved the indoor water park and variety of restaurants.
Who needs more than 4 restaurant options and an open after hour? And seriously, who needs coffee stocked regularly in the room?

They had so much fun with all the jaw-dropping activities and attractions. The staff, especially the cook at the buffet and the front desk staff, were super friendly and helpful. We also had a great experience with the housekeeping team who promptly addressed our issue. The rooms were nice and it was a relief to have "hibernation hours" for some much-needed downtime. The spa services were excellent and the indoor park was simply amazing. There were so many awesome things to do, especially the MagiQuest - definitely a must-do! The paw pass was totally worth it. We can't wait to go again!

We had an absolute blast at this awesome resort! The indoor waterpark blew our minds with its thrilling tube rides that had us screaming with excitement. And let me tell you, the king bed in our room was like sleeping on a cloud! The resort had so much to offer, from delicious food options and shopping to epic activities like glow bowling and glow mini golf. Yes, the prices were a bit high but hey, they were comparable to NYC, so not too crazy. What really made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. Keesia at the Arcade and Jen at Hungry as a Wolf went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food at Loose Moose was out of this world and Debbie at registration was a total lifesaver. The waterpark and outdoor pool were a total hit with my kids and me. Plus, the entire resort was super clean and the lifeguards were on point. We can't wait to come back, especially in the summer when the fun will be even more epic!

The hotel had lots of activities for our kids and the place was not too crowded. We were able to enjoy the rides without waiting in long lines, and the quest was a great way to engage our child's brain and burn off some energy. The variety of food options available was impressive, and the prices were reasonable.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
